    Had my surgery in April 2014 also and my energy is gone, I've started on B12 injections which seem to help but I don't know how long it will last . Good luck I pray the 6 to 8 weeks is right...I have no energy..My doctor started me on b12 shots also said hydrate as much as possible.Extended my leave 2 more weeks...I dont want to get out of bed ...Its a job

    I add a little 2% milk to the Premier.
