Hi friends...I got sleeved on 6/30 and for the last couple of weeks I have not had an appetite. I have to force myself to take 1-2 bites and I am done...and that is once a day. Is anyone else having these type of issues? Also, I having been losing weight like crazy as a result.

Wow..I have never heard that before, but just to be on the safe side, I am taking Keratin Booster (I was taking them anyway) - I just started back taking them about 2 weeks ago...I LOVE these supplements!!

I am still in the challenge, however, I have not been doing my walking/exercising this week...but I am doing well with my food and lost an additional 5 lbs this week. This brings me to a total of 31 lbs lost since my surgery on 6/30/14 - so I am pretty excited about that... I need to incorporate some kind of exercise regimen as I know I could have lost a lot more
