  1. AnaMale...... I once knew a guy who called himself that..... Don't worry about any pain, you best keep your eye out for all them women who will be chasing you once you get on target.... Eye on the prize, Eye on the prize...
  2. Well calm down, I first thought all's I had to do was go in and have the surgery. I started in Febuary, my surgery is July9th and they told me that was fast tracked... They will have you see a shrink, a dietician, your doctor (then again to have a full physical a week before surgery), their weight Guidance Councilor, their doctor. I bitched and moaned and bitched and moaned but now it's near and I'm coming up with reasons how to put off the pre-op diet till the last minute.... I should have started last week if I wanted to have an early recovery, shooting myself in the foot.... With a fat bullet... It was easier to quit drinking, and quit smoking, now I'll see what I'm really made of.... So take that 6 months and work the program, don't let your weight rule your mind.....
  3. United Healthcare, no diet requirements except for the pre-op, I'm a newbie, have not even started the pre-op. My surgery is July 9th, thinking about starting this week..... I should but will I.... I decided to have the operation in Febuary, had to fulfill the recommended doctors visits the hospial required, not my insurance.... I guess they wanted to make sure I was up to speed and really wanted it... The psyc, the dietician, my doctor, their doctor, .... First I thought everyone wanted a piece of the pie, but then I figured in the long run I would be close to being on top.... I wish you luck, over weight in Nebraska......

    Preop Diet...starving!

I mstart a week from Today on my Pre-Op..... New here, looking forward to it, I've been told the presurgery diet is the hardest thing.... Thinking about starting it early, been told the better the pre-op diet is followed the better the recovery.... I'm hoping for 1 weeks and back to work... Sorry, my operation is July 9th, I've been told going in starving, after the surgery will need to be reminded to eat..... I find that intreging cause I've never been reminded to eat, only reminded to stop.....
