    I having having problems with clumps of Protein powder when making my shakes when using Syntrax nectars. Does anyone have any tips to avoid or minimize the clumps?     I contacted Syntrax and here is there reply. I tried and no clumps. Try using slightly cool water such as tap water and you can also add ice after the mixing is complete if you desire. Our protein powders are designed to be mixed by rapid stirring with a spoon for 15 to 20 seconds.

    I was sleeved on July 10th. While I think I am having a great recovery I am not ready to go back to work. I still tire easily and struggle to get my liquids and Protein .
