Has anyone had complications? I only had my first adjustment on September 11, 2007. I am still getting sick daily when eating food. I am living on Carnation Instant Breakfast, Cream of Chicken Soup and Pudding. Is this normal? HelenB:help:

I saw my doctor yesterday at a support meeting. He said to stay on liquids for another 7 days then start trying solid foods again. I am just so tired of carnation instant breakfast. I am 8 months post surgery and have lost 64 lbs to date, but have not been on a constant solid food diet as of yet. I am afraid that when I am finally able to eat solid food that I will gain weight.

I have episodes of 'sliming' every day. If I eat lunch I can't eat supper. When I talked to the doctor they said to come back to see them in two months.
