I think that age plays a factor in how flabby you get! All of us are going to get some hanging skin. Id say working out will help but age may set us back:(

I dont know of any other then the one kaiser hospital offers. Have you been to the kaiser support group? I was thinking of attending that one. Do you have to go to a kaiser support group? Sitter Gould in Modesto has some -

I'm so sad to hear that this has been a ruff journey for you! I wish I had some really great advice to offer! I think the only words I have are to try to stay positive and lean on us for support! As often as you need to.

Yes! But we are human, some days I feel like I can take on the world and other days I struggle all day long! But the good days are starting out way the bad:)

I have really had no issues eating. That's why I'm so afraid to have bad days! I can see how easy it would be to fall into old habits.

Yeah they were small. I only eat the toppings off. I ate one full piece. I'm already 31/2 months out

Haven't done the Olive Garden yet! I LOVE the Olive Garden ! I just made BBQ filet, roasted parmesan asparagus, baked potato with all the trimmings, and garlic bread for my family! Boy my brain still thinks I can eat like I used to! Then four bites of steak and I'm full! How long did it take you for your mind to catch up? That seems to be my biggest problem!

I really think if you don't feel deprived of anything you will have long term success. I had this surgery to get control of my life not to stop enjoying it.

M 8 weeks out and I've only lost 30lbs and I have hit a wall haven't lost in two weeks! Anyone else having this problem?

A patient just brought us doughnuts this morning! I'm on my break and they are right in front of me!!! Theses everyday things are the worst!!! IMF they smell so dang good!
