I am losing my hair and am totally constipated! It is frustrating! I wish you better luck in the time to come!

Did anyone else think that the weight would come off a lot faster than it is? Am I alone in feeling this way! Let me know how everyone is doing. Also does anyone else have a knot in there stomach all the time? Like constant pressure?

I take chewable flinstones they are the best! I found some yummy b-12 at the vitamin shop! I really have not been watching anything I eat to much I kinda just eat what I want, but just a couple just of couple bites! This has been a lot harder for me than I thought it would be! My brain keeps telling me to eat but I'm not hungry! It is a daily battle. Maybe you can tell me I'm 8 weeks out tomorrow and I'm only down 30lbs is that the norm or should I be changing what I'm doing?

A anyone struggling with bad constipation? Any suggestions or home remedies?

We are so much alike!!! I'm 36 had my surgery on may 29th and I just put on my night gown from my wedding night. That felt great I have not been 220lbs since 2007.
