    Stalling!

I get it too! I would be super upset, depressed and everything else under the dang sun! It will start to come off. Have you noticed losing inches? I had to out my scale away, I actually wanted to break it so it didn't tempt me. Hang in there there is no where else to go but down eating only two bites. But believe me I get it. And sometimes you just have to vent!

    Liquid diet cheaters?

I loooovvveee popcorn too! However I just didn't go to the movies. Hahaha. I don't know that I could be that strong, I swear they pump that smell into theaters! You do what's best for you but I wouldn't suggest cheating. This is going to be your new life. Know that in time you will be able to have a little popcorn. I am 9 weeks post op and had to bake my dad a birthday cake last night I usually will eat some of the batter from the bowl. Once I dumped the batter in the pan, I immediately ran water in the bowl and put it down the disposer. Took about 2 seconds for me to do that to avoid temptation. Today we are having pizza for his birthday I will not be eating that either. I will just make sure I eat before we go.

I also had really bad dreams after surgery not food dreams just dreams in general, along with pain and not sleeping. Whew! Glad all that has passed now.

    Feeling Guilty 4 days out

I can drink everything that is on my program just fine. I can drink at a normal speed, I have never had to sip. Now when I eat......I can feel the restriction, I practiced before my surgery recognizing that I am full so I do not push my limit. I have never had anything come back up or slimed, I don't burp or hiccup either. I know when to stop. There has been once or twice I think I can have one more bite about the size of my pinky nail and decided after I chewed it that I better not swallow it and spit it out.
  8. You will love it and it was approved by my NUT.

Please tell me I won't be hungry anymore!

I do feel hungry sometimes, but two bites and I feel like I just ate Thanksgiving dinner.

    Hating the puréed stage...

I had to skip puréed. No way I could do that. I had to do liquids a little longer but oh well.

    Before and After Pics

I am 2 months post op. Down 91 pounds since the beginning of my journey. Sorry about the pics. Refused to take a good picture before and I am sad about that now I have about 37 pounds to make it to my first goal. Don't know if I will go further after that or not. Feels good to be losing though. I'm fit back into my wedding dress the other day. Not perfectly but at least it went on.

    Full sensation

I just feel full. I don't get any real signs other than I am done now.

    Daily water requirement ?

Hey I want your dietician! Lol.
  15. Idk if this will work for you or not getting fluid in. I bought the small 8 ounce water in a case. Many different companies make the 8 ounce bottles. They are much more manageable than the 16 or 20 ounce bottles. I know it's a mind thing but I keep track on a piece of paper and I can get them down much quicker.

Does anyone use these and like them?

I would try just about anything. I cannot find one that I can take

    Daily water requirement ?

None of my protein drinks count towards my 64 ounces of liquids. I wish it did!
  18. Today is my weigh in........I finally hit Onderland today 199.1, not by much I know but still there is a 1 in front of my weight instead of 2. I am so excited and happy. Good luck to all my fellow sleevers! I think I may go shopping today!

Eight weeks post op last Monday. I have had a few stray hairs falling out. I am praying I don't lose in clumps.

    One Week Stall?

I stalled about a week to a week and a half out too. It stinks! Hang in there!
  21. I was there for two days after my surgery and I took a shower both days. I had a binder too. The nurses threw it on the bed while I was in the shower, I had no idea what it was, my husband said the nurse said I could wear it if I wanted. So I didn't wear it until I got home. Big mistake I should have to it on immediately. It is a God send. I wore it at least two weeks maybe a little longer, it helped sooooo much.

    Will I ever feel better?

Oh girl, I was in your boat not too long ago. It's tough, hang in there, I promise it will get better. I was miserable, I finally got my energy back (most days). I can exercise again, get all my protein in and all my fluids in. It takes time to adjust. I know it's a big adjustment. But you are about to the turning point. Energy is the last thing that came back for me.

    I can't eat anything

I am confused it says you are on full liquids? What kind of food are you trying to keep down? It says you were tolerating food? Just curious what stage you are really at? How far post op are you?

I just bought some resistance bands.....

Has anyone used resistance bands to work out. I work out at the YMCA as far as walking, jogging, biking, etc. I used to walk at lunch time at work but now that's it's getting cold I just don't want to sit and waste an hour sitting at my desk so I bought some resistance bands and I am going to start dong that at lunch time. I was just wondering how they worked for some people that have used them.
