I have had issue with this also, I am about three months postop. I have figured out that if I eat late it is worse, my last meal is around 7pm no later and I started taking OTC Zegrid about an hour before bed it seems to help with the symptoms thru out the next day. Also stay away from sweets, as those sugars break down it makes it worse, this includes bread. If I have any bread it is with Breakfast and stay away from it the rest of the day. So far I am somewhat successful if I stick with it.

Well I'm home. It has been ok. I was in a pretty good amount of pain the first 24 hours but morphine always helps. I'm getting down my Water have had 1/2 a Popsicle twice today. I feel that is progress. I'm now off all pain meds just some liquid baby Motrin. It helps with soreness. All in all I believe it was successful. I will post more updates for you guys. Well it's surgery day. Headed to the hospital in a few minutes. I'm Very excited but also anxious. This is a life change but I'm ready to stop fighting so hard to lose weight. I will keep you guys posted on the postop. Hope all you other do very well next few days! Stay strong. You can do it!!

I'm am new also. I will be getting sleeve done 7/7 I am very excited started my 10 day liquids Friday hasn't been as bad as I thought.
