Ok, I was sleeved on April 29th. I am down 38 lbs. that happened the first 4 weeks out. So it sounds like everyone has had roughly the same experience. I am a little worried I'm not feeling as full as fast as I did following surgery. What do you think ?

I understand how you feel. I think even though they love us, they are uncomfortable about us changing . They mean well and want the best for us. Just keep going and everyone will adjust. Congrats for choosing life. -
Oh ,that's how groups grow. I will c u in July. How about a different topic for each meeting? Idk it might peak a interest. You could always hand out money....... Lol

Thanks to all. I feel better just knowing I'm not alone in my stall and wls . I am going to up my protein and lower my carbs. I am having trouble with the water- 30min before and 30 after a meal. Does anyone have tricks/ reminders for this?

Hi, this is my first time on this app. I really am glad to find support. I am 7weeks out yesterday. I have lost 35 lbs. I lost that in the first couple of weeks. I haven't lost but a pound since. Has anyone els experienced this lag?
