I've gained some weight back and people are noticing. What do I say when the mention it? It is my fault for telling everyone, but now I am embarrassed that I have gained 30 lbs back and it is noticeable.

Wearing WHITE slacks today for work.....with a very colorful jacket and orange shell underneath. And feeling great about my NEW outfit!! I love colorful clothes and am so very tired of always wearing black slacks to work, even tho I pair them with a variety of colorful tops and jackets.. My co-workers and I joke about black slacks being our corporate uniform (we work in Administration at a hospital). It's great getting out of the black rut!!!! Now to on to getting to Onederland!!! So very close......

My first seminar is tomorrow, and then I'll be able to set up the appointment with the doctor. I'm nervous, and definately scared and it's only the first step. I'm mostly worried that I will not be a candidate for surgery.

First day back to work and so, unbelievably tired.

My stall broke! Down a pound.

Im an emotional wreck now due to the stall. Wow it really messes with you can't it!

I am feeling pretty smart here and have to share!

Went to the store today with one of my best friends. She has encouraged me to try on a size 22. I used to wear a size 26/28. 8 weeks since surgery and I'm proud to say that I am now wearing a size 22

Having an off day but I'll pull it together!

Heading out to the hotel tonight, surgery tomorrow at 0900. Super nervous, excited and apprehensive all at once. I'm looking forward to getitng it over with.

Day 8 post surgery. I have felt extraordinarily well with very little pain since coming home. I do get hungry, though, and the liquid diet has been awful! So tired of it, but I have 7 more days so have to persevere.

Just heard from my surgeon on a Sunday night? Told me once I start PT and I'm 4 weeks in and my ortho clears me - we can set the date! Gotta get my momentum and positivity back!

Maybe cooking in the crock pot on day 11 of the preop diet wasn't good idea...the house smells sooooo good right now....sigh. I'm drinking some decaf ginger tea...

Post Surgery! I've made it to the other side!!!

And my surgery was cancelled. So devastated....

ON THIS DAY, 8 MONTHS AND 29 DAYS SINCE SURGERY...I REACHED MY GOAL WEIGHT!!!!

1 week post op and feeling fine!

Having a bad day. Did something stupid, I permed my hair. Lots of breakage on top. Now I have cut my hair very short but worried if do that the top of my head would look bald. Don't know what to do. — feeling depressed.

I'm home surgery was great hospital was fantastic lots of work to do now I'm gonna get there!!!

Hi everyone I hope you all are doing well.. I am now 4 weeks 4 days post op and doing better, I did end up being hospitalized for a few very days I was dehydrated and had very low blood potassium which lead to some scary nights with dangerously low blood sugars because I was just unable to take anything in at all... i'm doing well now though moved on to the next stage of food puree and feeling amazing. I thank you all for your support and hope your doing fabulous in your own journeys. Bless you all!!

Sleeved! Had surgery a week ago Friday, feeling pretty good. Following Stage 1 to the letter but haven't been hungry at all. Doing really well so far!
