Doing well on liquid diet...today is day 3 and I am proud to say I haven't cheated!! 11 more days of this (not counting today of course)

Good for you! I've had little cheats (though, to be fair, my doc said a bit of light protein would be okay occasionally)..but I really want to be good for the rest of this window because every little bit helps! Wishing you well!
