    Hi everybody, I am so excited to add my name on the list here, my date is July 28 th!!!!!! I can't wait, thank goodness I have plenty to do to keep me busy until then ...lol... interested in joining the Facebook group once it's secret too I'm not sharing what I'm doing with more than necessary & I don't want anyone to be judgmental or degrading about the idea.

    Your surgeon will or should (most do), use your starting BMI regardless of the pre-op 2 week diet.

    I noticed no one had replied as of yet, so I thought I would...I am being sleeved on the 28th of July. I am in Idaho, but hey at least the same side of the U.S.A. lol....7 hour seminar.. .WOW....I had a seminar to attend, but it was far less time then that...Kudos to you!!! Can't wait to be walking off the gass

    I am not sure about this, you may want to ask your NUT, but sounds to me like you need to be using unflavored protein, and perhaps stick to the broth.......
