Hi! Yes, I am doing good now. I have my ups and downs but all in all I cannot complain. I have started working with a trainer, however, not very consistantly but at least once a week I see him and do my own thing at least 3-4 days out of the week. My eating varies...it depends on the tightness of my band like now I am really tight so I just try to get in what I can. Mostly baked fish and veggies if I dont go out to eat. But my eating is not consistant at all. Its working so far so I'm not complaining! :-)
