Hey guys hope everyone is doing great I've been reading your posts with the weight loss im so happy for our February surgeries board today is my first appointment since i came home from the hospital February 20 surgery was feb 19 so im kinda excited to see how im doing toward my weight loss i will update on my return hope im release to go back to work tomorrow and return that sleep apnea cpap also today

Thats great my check up will be on March 18 if no complication i will start puree on march 7 it will be a whole month when i weigh in at my appointment sounds good keep up the good work

Good luck TallGirl74 im on the other side as of February 19 dismissed on the 20th i truly haven't had any hunger my last meal was last Tuesday it a great feeling keep us posted

That would be great just add a extra scoop of unflavored protein to your drink you got it

I mix with 8oz of 1 percent milk

Newmary84 that's what i use and i added a extra scoop of unflavored protein 26 grams for the bloated feeling gas-x chewable my dr order it help me out on my first day at home it was cleared up hope things start working really soon for you good luck

Hi melanie36 update for me i doing very well i blessed i have no sickness i haven't taken any pain med since i left the hospital i only reached half way on my protein and fluids yesterday but today i accomplished to get 68 grams of protein in buy adding a extra scoop of unflavored isopure and to my regular protein drink so the rest of the day working on fluids had no trouble with taking my vitamins my sites are healing good they are starting to itch they really don't hurt i didnt have a drain tube so i can't complain i thank god for having such a great outcome Wishing everyone good luck and keep pushing forward : )

Thanks i had my surgery last Thursday i was very blessed i had a lot of dry heaving from anesthesia but the next day recovered come home with no pain pill no pain at all no sickness didnt hit my protein or water goals since I've been home only got half way but today i reached 60 grams of protein : ) now have to reach 64oz of water todayi wish you luck toward your new life take it slow when sipping and walk as soon as you can for gas if you need some for the pain please ask stay ahead of the game if you can i was released the net day praying for a speedy recovery ♡

Mrsgibson may i ask how may do you take a day ? Morning and afternoon im 3 days post op

Had my first bm today it was diarrhea i will take it over constipation any day im 2days post op

Hi guys im ok : ) i was released yesterday @ 10am surgery went very well on no pain medication since i left the hospital been doing alot of walking and drinking my protein and water im in no pain thanks for all your prayers im on the other side now : )
