Any June 16th Sleevers Out There?
SC_Des replied to Asdf12345's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
@@jjinWA, I am hungry too! I thought I was an odd ball My doctor allows us to have very thin watery oatmeal this first 2 weeks and over the course of the day I managed one whole pack and have felt full (of course with my Protein shakes and other fluids) I am happy to see that even though I occasionally feel hungry it doesn't take much to feel full! Glad to hear you are feeling good as well! -
Any June 16th Sleevers Out There?

I was sleeved on Tuesday, got to come home yesterday, and today is SO much better! Learning how to drink again (without getting loads of air in my belly...that hurts!) and getting my walking in has been an adjustment but I'm super excited! I barely need anything for pain, mostly just 500 mg of Tylenol every 6 hours BUT I DO need my zofran because trying to get all my fluids in has been making me a bit nauseated (NOTHING as bad as the 1st two days, that was awful!) Good Luck to all of you coming up soon...I have no regrets! It's not easy but it's SO worth it! -

I am scheduled for my sleeve for June 17th!!! I just finally got insurance approval on Thursday so it didn't really feel REAL until just now. I am so excited (and almost as nervous). Thankfully my doc doesn't require 2 weeks of liquids but a modified diet of shakes and "sensible" meals. Can't wait to check in and see how we are all doing next week -
