Hi :) My name is Megan and I found Bariatric Pal online while searching for a means of support post-op. I had Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass on June 16, 2014. As of today, I'm 9 days post-op. I hope to meet new friends, gather resources, tips, and share my struggles on this site.

I'm a teacher, a wife, an and mommy to 2 of the best little girls around. They were my main motivation for pursuing this surgery and a healthier life.

When I don't have one of the above hats on, I like to sew and embroider, play with my girls, read, and shop. I love to create...Pinterest is my best friend ;)
