  1. Wondering what I'm doing wrong? Surgery Oct 2013 and down 80 pounds but haven't lost anything in 4-6 weeks. Work out with weights, elliptical bike at the gym 4 days a week for Alan hour since January. Will see my nutritionist next week. Keeping food journal now too. Crazy crave crunchy things (pretzels doing the trick!) ideas anyone? I'm 59, in great health but need to lose 40-50 pounds more.

    Weight loss stopped

    I've begun to keep a food journal and have an App to track food on my phone. Both are enlightening! Carb filled snacks and desserts are something I went back to and now have limited, not eliminated. Normal people eat normal things. I can and will too but will be mindful of portions. Oh and no more "grazing". My meals will be eaten at one time period, not "over time" though I have less discomfort if I eat the same amount "over time" than at one time. (ie: 45" one sitting meal vs same meal picked at for 90").
