I've begun to keep a food journal and have an App to track food on my phone. Both are enlightening! Carb filled snacks and desserts are something I went back to and now have limited, not eliminated. Normal people eat normal things. I can and will too but will be mindful of portions. Oh and no more "grazing". My meals will be eaten at one time period, not "over time" though I have less discomfort if I eat the same amount "over time" than at one time. (ie: 45" one sitting meal vs same meal picked at for 90").
