Hi I'm with you totally frustrated and want to cry. I was sleeved 9/10 lost 65 lbs and now have been stalled for 5 weeks. I have been exercising 3 times a week. I've been writing everything down and I'm eating around 1000 calories a day. Anyone have any suggestions. I go back to surgeon March 12!

I was 270 before 3 weeks of liver shrink diet. Started at 255 at surgery. Have not loss anything yet. Am only 7 day post surgery. Is this normal. Actually I had gained 2 to 3 lbs probably from water and swelling

Hi there. I went to the psychological testing and I came up as a binge eater. I was required to preop therapy for a total of 6months. They teach you how to divert To other than eating in nature. I had my surgery last Wednesday and I had had not desire to binge. As a matter of fact I am not hungry at all. What I need help with is slowing the eatting the process. Bad habit to eat fast. Now I use a baby spoon half full and put the spoon down between bites. Wishing u the best

Prayers are coming your way! My surgery is Wednesday morning at 10:15. I'm having the sleeve through a laparoscope. I never heard of the sleeve through a endoscopy w/o any incision. Wow that should sounds great. Wish u the best and may God bless you!

I live in pataskala ohio. About 40 minutes from Columbus oh. I'm getting the surgery at Osu medical center. What about u where do u live and where r u getting your surgery? How r u doing on the preop diet. I've lost 13.5 lbs so far. How about u. It has been slow. Thought it would come off faster! I'm getting nervous r u? Wishing u the best!

Hi rovobay we have the same surgery date. I'm also on the 3 week liver shrink diet. It is basically 4 Protein shakes, 1 fruit, salad and 300 calorie dinner. Maybe we can follow each other. Wishing u the very best!

Hi all, my husband was apprehensive about me having the surgery initially due to me having a history of having 2 bleeding strokes. However once he received more information on how much the surgery will improve my health he has been nothing short of complete support. I have been on the preop diet and he has follow it too. He even scheduled a weeks vacation after the surgery to help me out! We are doing this together including going to water aerobics three times a week. I'm blessed to have such a supportive husband!
