    Hello all! I'm new here - my surgery is March 2. I have to do 4 weeks of liquid diet, so I started that a couple of days ago. I'm from Alberta, Canada and am 36 years old. Any tips for surviving the liquid diet?

    Thanks for the welcomes! I wish I could have Soup and yogurt on my preop diet! Just Meal Replacements and no calorie drinks (Water, tea, coffee, etc.)
