I went to a support group today. I had been to one before but not at the actual place where my surgery will be. I love all of the heads up from other patients. One was 4 years out, one was about a year out and others that I wasn't sure.

That's fantastic. I traveled about 100 miles to my surgeon so going to their support group meetings won't really be convenient for me. You've inspired me to make a point to call the bariatric programs in my town to see if their support meetings are open to outsiders. Glad it was a goo experience for you!
