I'm December 2nd, I start my pre-op diet next Tuesday, pre-op appt Next Thursday. I would love to keep in touch with people who are on the same path. We've got this girls!

Following, I too am worried about this aspect of my liquid diet. I start mine next week, only 2 weeks, I can't imagine having to do it pre-op for 4 weeks. Good luck!

@@crystalmaries - Good luck with everything, I found them to be very easy to work with, I hope you have the same experience. I have my endoscope this Thursday then my liquid diet starts Nov. 18th, it will be here before I know it!! So excited to get this thing going!

I am scheduled for Dec. 2. EGD October 30. liquid diet starts Nov. 18th. Last pre-op Dietician class Nov. 20th. Pre-op physical Nov. 24th. Sh** is getting real now!

I am scheduled for Dec. 2nd, I cut out caffeine a couple months ago in preperation for surgery. My liquid diet starts November 18th. I am starting to follow it during the day M-F, more to try out things I can have on it than for any other reason. I want to make sure I have a variety of things during the liquid phase that I can enjoy and not feel like I am having the exact same thing every day. The only soup I am allowed on the liquid diet is tomato and I have never been a huge fan of it so trying out different brands to find ones I like. Good luck to all!

@@Ladiec2 I have BCBS Iowa. I was shocked it was so quick, but thrilled! I have a sense of peace now that I know my timeline.

My file was just submitted to the insurance company yesterday and the Dr. office called and I was approved!! December 2nd is my day!! I have an appt. for my endoscopy at the end of this month and one class and some labs and my pre-op physical in November and then my 2 week liquid diet starts Nov 18th and I am on my way to the losers bench! So excited!! I hope everyone else gets approved this fast, I am blown away!

I know right? I was shocked how quick it was approved. I have bcbs iowa and no I did not make any calls.
