    I've been told that if your BMI is higher than 50, that you should consider by-pass rather than the band. Mine is higher but I wanted the band - now I'm not so sure... Sandy :confused:

    I just started a program at Tufts/New England Medical Center in Boston. Haven't met the surgeon yet. I'll let you know how I make out as time goes on.... Sandy
