Hang in there! my first week or two i thought "what did i do to myself?" ...i started questioning if i did the right thing and how hard this really is. but after my first doctors visit post op at 2 weeks when i saw the scale and i lost 30 pounds, i was estatic! it reminded me why i made the decision to do the surgery in the first place. Now at 5 1/2 weeks post op im hanging in there and can feel the difference. It gets better and easier with time, i promise. Just keep in mind the reasons why you chose this path. Liquids suck but you have to take the time to find the right protein drink for you because protein is not going anywhere sweetie, its here to stay. Good Luck and you can do it!!!
