      I am also fairly new to the site. I'm scheduled for lap band in Aug. I have been checking out this website for a lot of advice. Also bought "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" and "The Big Book on the Lap Band" by Alex Brecher. Apparently there are a lot of bariatric surgeons around. Do your research to determine the right surgery and clinic for you. Here's wishing you much success!
