You look great! How exciting it must feel to have dropped 50 pounds! Keep up the steady losses. I wanted banded on May 21 and have lost 10 pounds and can feel a difference already in my attitude.
Incidently, did you buy the shoes?

SO what does one eat/drink after a fill? I had my first fill today. I was told clear fluids for the nest 24-48hours. I am terrified to eat anything b/c i dont know what to expect. I dont want any blockage feeling!! I had 2cc put in my 4cc band. She had me drink water and it went down fine. I'm hoping this is an indication of no future problems. Could i b wrong....What foods should i start with??? Yike!! i have so many questions!!!

Mushies are creamy soups, Mashed potatoes,mac n cheese, refried beans etc. Basically stuff u could eat if u didnt have teeth. Once we get our fills it will be different. -

Darr i also was banded in Mexico on 9/19/07. It went ok, its just been kinda scary not having anyone to talk to. I have followed the post diet but have not been getting the protein needed. I am such a picky person:( Does anyone have any good tasting protein ideas? Starting Wendesday i can have the "mushy" foods but i really need to start getting my protein....so anyone ls help w/ suggestions
