Longhorn, I'm taking 9 days off my teaching job. I will work at the computer from home. I do translations. If I don't work or do something productive... I'll get depressed. I went to the grocery store to check out all the yogurts,puddings,drinks etc. I'm so excited.

I'm being banded in November,Nov 5th! I suffer from Panic attacks and I'm more afraid for the anxiety than for the operation. I don't want to come in fainting..... My DH will be waiting all by himself... I have many family members that have had it done and they are so happy...

I taught in Panama and lived there for 12 years. I also speak Spanish,Dutch,Papimentu,a little Hebrew and French. I have my own classroom and I only teach adults. I'm also a translator. My surgery is on Nov. 5th and I'm going back to work on the 14th. I am allowed to work on my translations,so at least I won't be bored. I also have another website. It has listening ,reading comprehension etc. Elllo.com

I will be banded Nov. 5th. I get butterflies in my stomach everytime I think of it. Everybody at my job is wishing me good luck. My ESL students too. -
Ginger is good for a cold or queasy stomach. I've also used the spices with green tea. The spices can also be bought in an indian store for .99cents.

It's a tea that has many spices. If you can't find it, my cook book has this recipe: 1 1/2 cup of milk 2 whole cloves 1 green cardammon pod,one side peeled open 1 this slice peeled ginger root 2tsp. indian black tea leaves 2tsp. sugra or splenda etc. Add tea and sugar, remove from heat and let steep for 3-4 min. Strain into teapot or cups.

OMG!! I'm an ESL teacher too! I teach adults,though. I taught in Central America for 7 years and 8 in the Sates. I showed the picture of the band to my students. We can share lesson plans too!!!

I started walking from 30 min/40/1 hr. My back hurts when I start. I'm going to do a dancing dvd today,let's see.

But the paperwork took forever. My family Dr. was soooooooo slow...... Now I've been waiting for 10 days to get a date. They will give me one by Tuesday. Everything is on standby. I can't plan anything.
