Congrats for success you sure inspired me as I have been on yoyo diet for ever and at the end got sleeved a minth ago down from 290 to 269 and hope to reach my goal 150 -
Iam using muscle infusion black protein bynutrex research scope is 135 cal and 25 g protein not bad
