Yeah your body can do some strange things. The personal trainer and nutritionist talks about taking in enough calories (energy) and being sure to eat carbs and protein for you body to feed off of.

You are doing great, just keep it up. A protein shake once a day to replace a meal is always helpful for me. Just be patient with yourself.

It is great that you are doing constructive things with the surge of energy. Every now and then I feel like I want to just go run, yeah 389 pounds of me running down the street.....NOT!!

Oh great, she can walk with you after surgery. Be sure to let her know you have to walk often.

Awwww I hope you got some good sleep. We all go through panic attacks about the surgery. We really don't know what the outcome is going to be. We pray for good results but sometimes people have serious complications or die. You have to weigh your options and only you can make the finally decission.

2 pound gain and I am not happy. Going in the wrong direction. PMS is an excuse, mother nature is not funny.

Kutia you are doing a great job on your liquids, keep up the great work. I see you have 2 days to go and I am excited for you. Have you started walking yet? If not start walking around in the house, up and down halls or just in place. The walking will be excellent for get the gas in your body to move out and it is a great way to begin your exercise to speed up the weight loss. Big HUGGGGGSSS Kutia!!!

Poor thing, I hope the egg on you husbands head is ok. Think of the broken ac as a moving sauna...:straight it will burnnnnn some of the fat....I give up.

60 miles for May and 25 miles for June....that is sad. For July I will walk at least 50 miles.39 miles for July, well I didn't make my 50 but it was more then 25 for May:(

I feel better now that I put down all the food on paper. I did not walk Friday evening. I got up early to pick up a friend from the airport and of course the flight was late and all I could think about was I'm not walking.....So I went in the terminal and played on the walkway and ran down the escaltor and walked really fast. I did about 1/2 mile in the terminal. I could see myself going to the airport to walk, it was fun. I was all nice and cool in there.
Sunday morning I was ready to go walking. Went to HP did 3 miles at 7:03 and I finished at exactly at 8:03. I can do it in about 5 minutes less then an hour but I normally take 1 whole hour but never more. It was getting hot out by time I was almost finished. I was thanking God for that early morning overcast and fog so the sun was not burning through but then it came out and began to beem for the rest of the day. LOL I went to the track when I left HP but I had to go to the bathroom so I did 1/2 mile. So I got in 3.5 miles. Only 11.5 to go. LOL

Sunday I felt like I was eating allll day, when I look at the whole day it wasn't too terrible.

Well I does seem obvious that you took the steriods because your levels were 11 and the norm is 1 or 2......so did you take them? :welldoneclap: :think

What type of exercise will you be able to do? Can you walk? If you can walk just a little, it will be a great help to losing. From day one after surgery you will need to be able to walk that gas out of you and from there just keep moving. Kick your feet when you are sitting if you can't do anything else. Just keep moving. You are crazy.....that was too funny but really I am so gald you have found cpap happiness. My sleep study was horrible but we won't go back to that sad, dark place that will haunt me for the rest of my.....whew.

Yes our womens bodies have 2 head also. The one on our shoulders and the other one the actually controls our bodies. :croc:
You will reach everyone of those goals you have set no matter what the other head says. :welldoneclap:
All walking counts.....go for 10,000 steps a day. Movement is you reaching those goals. If you have a pedometer, wear it.
Congratulations on your anniversary.....awwwwww and the only thing you can think of is ice cream .....oy vay LOL
