    Yes our womens bodies have 2 head also. The one on our shoulders and the other one the actually controls our bodies. :croc:

    You will reach everyone of those goals you have set no matter what the other head says. :welldoneclap:

    All walking counts.....go for 10,000 steps a day. Movement is you reaching those goals. If you have a pedometer, wear it.

    Congratulations on your anniversary.....awwwwww and the only thing you can think of is ice cream .....oy vay LOL

    You have a great time, we will miss you.:confused: Don't stress about the food, you got thing in your pocket.....don't put the fish in your pocket....:)


  2. It is great that you are doing constructive things with the surge of energy. Every now and then I feel like I want to just go run, yeah 389 pounds of me running down the street.....NOT!!

    You are an awesome lady, I am sorry you are dealing with all these issues. Great journaling and thank you for sharing it. Keep on smiling

  4. Kutia you are doing a great job on your liquids, keep up the great work. I see you have 2 days to go and I am excited for you. Have you started walking yet? If not start walking around in the house, up and down halls or just in place. The walking will be excellent for get the gas in your body to move out and it is a great way to begin your exercise to speed up the weight loss. Big HUGGGGGSSS Kutia!!!


  5. I feel better now that I put down all the food on paper. I did not walk Friday evening. I got up early to pick up a friend from the airport and of course the flight was late and all I could think about was I'm not walking.....So I went in the terminal and played on the walkway and ran down the escaltor and walked really fast. I did about 1/2 mile in the terminal. I could see myself going to the airport to walk, it was fun. I was all nice and cool in there.

    Sunday morning I was ready to go walking. Went to HP did 3 miles at 7:03 and I finished at exactly at 8:03. I can do it in about 5 minutes less then an hour but I normally take 1 whole hour but never more. It was getting hot out by time I was almost finished. I was thanking God for that early morning overcast and fog so the sun was not burning through but then it came out and began to beem for the rest of the day. LOL I went to the track when I left HP but I had to go to the bathroom so I did 1/2 mile. So I got in 3.5 miles. Only 11.5 to go. LOL

    Saturday

    3 bites of pasta salad 9:30

    6 strawberries

    pretzle dog, slushy 1pm

    checkers burger 1 bun 3pm

    chicken/rice

    ice cream

    Sunday I felt like I was eating allll day, when I look at the whole day it wasn't too terrible.

    blueberries, strawberries, yogurt 9am

    italian sausage 10:30am

    tootsie rols 12

    1 bread, 2 cheese, turkey 1:30

    grapes, 2 cupcakes 3:30

    1/2 burrito 5pm

    mashed potato bowl KFC 7pm

    Monday 3 WAP tape

    I can get it in....I know I can.....I may do laundry this evening and that is walking back and forth.

    WOW I'm gonig to have a nice lost Tuesday.


  7. What type of exercise will you be able to do? Can you walk? If you can walk just a little, it will be a great help to losing. From day one after surgery you will need to be able to walk that gas out of you and from there just keep moving. Kick your feet when you are sitting if you can't do anything else. Just keep moving.
