  1. It is Wednesday, I'm Ok because I know that I am blessed. I have to find the motivation to keep going and do more and do better. I have to make a phone call or two and I will be fine. Life is short......I want to LIVE IT!!!!

    I gained 3 pounds, I'm ok but I don't like it. I will be out of the 380's this month. I will begin 30 minutes a day, everyday.


  2. My mind is just every where today. I refuse to focus on anything, I won't even take the time to read and post what I want in others journals. I have been unfocused for about a week.

    It is weigh in day, I need it. I don't know how I have done but I will try to eat as little as possible today.

    Great work out at TTC again. He had us outside but it wasn't bad. We worked the legs and arms. It is amazing what slow steady motion can do and just holding your arms out....wow that hurt. He even had us jog, I was surprised.

  3. I am happy about how far I have come and my work this weekend but I am not doing all that I can. Walked 3 miles Saturday and Sunday and lots of shopping walking on Saturday. I wanted to do more but did not have any one to push me. I have to figure out what to do today about that.

  4. Congratualtions on making it this far and making some great life decisions. You are awesome for overcoming all that you have and to put down a bottle then food....WOW

    Food is something serious and some people just don't understand. Well at this point of your life you are making a choice to get fit and fabulous. I commend you. As far as sitting on that thang at work.....go to the bathroom 2 extra times a day, do leg lifts under your desk, squeeze your glutes, sit up straight, suck in stomach real hard and hold, let it go and repeat. Denise Austin says that is like doing cruches.....I put it in the exercise forum.

  5. You are doing a great job. Curling you hair is an awesome option to keep your hands busy. Next time come do mine. LOL Keep up the great job. Scales suck sometime but you know none of them give the same numbers so take those high numbers and watch them go down. Kick but girl.

  7. Thank you ladies for being here and for the encouragement. I am feeling blessed today. Listening to Yolanda Adams and tyring to work. WOW I am doing my walk/jog in place today to keep the cardio going, keep the metabolism burning.

  8. I'm gonna bop you on the head. Don't let the scale get you so emotional. You body has to go through a lot of changes in order to lose weight.

    PB's can be good if it is going to put that fear in you to stay away from that food.
