You have a supportive husband and you have all of us here at LBT rooting for you. You have done liquids, ate something the second day but then you went back on liquids, you have thrown the cigs away. Honey those are accomplishments, that is a great start. I started at 459 come on, obviously I ate a whole lot of food in one day. I was not interested in food for the first 3 days. Then sf popsicles, sf fudgesicles, sf pudding and eventually Soup were my new foods. It felt good not to WANT food so much. It felt good to be able to say no thank you. You have goals in mind, scale numbers, clothes sizes, pictures, being around for you family. Those things right there were keep you going. We all fall down but what do you have to do........ :cool:

    You go girl you are rolling. I hear that if you clean yourself out it my lessen the gas problem. I think you need anything for the hospital, in one day and out the next. Ask your dr if they will give a little pillow for the ride home for your tummy.

    WHAT!!!!! your mom's surgery on June 26th why didn't I know this? Woooohooooo you go ladies get your band on you can do it. Well I just hope you are a fast healer so you can come out for me. 12.5 miles what the..... girl I don't think I can walk that long even with breaks. If so more people wanna do it I'll certainly try. Do we have to do the whole thing?:cool:

    Yep, been there done that. I was at a stand still after getting my band and then a few months later for about 3 months. Walking is what really kick started my wl again. Keep your head up and walk it off.:clap2: :clap2:

    I got my pressure checked yesterday and it was fine. I have saying for months that I was going to get it checked. I will not wait and put it off like that again. I am not making the best food choices right now but I am conscious of what I am eating. I did not workout yesterday so I built up a sweat sorting throught clothes. I was able to actually thrown some clothes out, box some up for someone else and hang up so old thing that now fit again. I have on a top today that was once too tight but today it is baggy. I had my ex boyfriend button down shirt in the closet so I tried it on and guess what....it buttoned up and was tight at the bottom button. Woohooooo who would have thought....I'm happy.....this feels good. I am going to do this, I know I am. I'm not going to waste anymore time of my life being overweight and unhappy.

    Out of guilt of not working as I should I just did a little bit for today. I have to do it as often as possible to kick start what I am trying to do. Thank you board, I am going to get a slimfast for Breakfast. new routine leg lifts inner 30 and outer 10 leg kicks back 25 and side 10 (those are harder then you think, I don't know how dogs do it) cruches sides/middle push ups 5 bicep curls tricep wk stretches Jogged in place for 2 minutes. Heart rate is up and hopefully burning some calories. Tuesday 3miles HP or Walk Away Pounds Tape (WAPT) depending on weather and (new routine) NOPE Wednesday 3 miles HP or WAPT (new routine) NOPE AND TINY BIT Thursday 3 miles WAPT (new routine) Friday 3 miles WAPT (new routine) Saturday 3 miles HP 3 more later Sunday 3 miles track Monday TTC and walk 2 miles Tuesday weigh in walk 3 miles __________________

    Not being able to get on the scale is really bothing be this week. I'm not exercising as I should and I don't know what I'm eating.     NO WAY .....DAG....THAT WAS LICKITY SPLIT......wow you have shopping to do.....gasxx, chewable......protein shakes......broth......breat mints....fiber pills, Vitamins, Calcium pills, all chewable of course, enema so you won't get the gas pain in your shoulder.....:clap2::clap2::clap2: You Go Girl on your Water, be sure to drink plenty the day before surgery because you won't be able to drink after midnight. You don't want to be dehydrated. Have you have all your pre op test yet?
