    avilla are you trying to say, you had veggies this weekend? Non scale victory ha ha ha......a NSV is when you can fit into something that use to be to small. You can breath when you go up the stairs now. You drank all your water for the day. We have to remember the little things mean a lot and they all add up to the big ta dahhhhhh.

  10. Yes it did and it just gets better and better. I remember I started doing my hair when I would just pull it back in a half ass ponytail. Now I take the time every morning to curl it. I actualy WANT to wear clothes now. Before I would wear black pants and 1 of my plain button down tops. Now I am looking through my clothes to wear diffrent clothes. I can't wait to get into a smaller size so I shop more for new tops. he he he he I get my eyebrows done every 3 weeks and my daughter says I am addicted to it. LOL

    Let's see how many days to go...4 days till next weigh in which I am nervous about. 18 days till birtdhay and 22 days till bandiversary. Not a lot of days but I will do what a girl has to do. I have to get on the ball. My eating is not what it should be. I'm not going to beat myself up over it because I have less restriction, I have been eating things I normally would not but the novelty is wearing off. I am slowly getting back to slimfast, frozen diet meals and meal planning. I'm also getting back to my exercise. Not full force yet but I will be there this weekend. Work out now June 20 weigh in will help me better gauge what I am going to do. Next week slimfast, salad, protein, soup. JUNE 6 -3 388 JUNE 13 no weigh in tonight(not happy about this) I WILL exercise instead JUNE 20 (-6) +5 393 JUNE 27 (-4) JULY 4 (-3)
