Awwww Biggggg hug from your LBT family. I am sorry you are going through so much and you can't see a way out right now. Do you belong to a church? The extended family of a church is wonderful to have someone to talke to and to help you with the smallest things. I tell everyone about TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) there is one in your neighborhood. Google TOPS and click on meeting, put in your zip code and check out a meeting. The ladies in my group are awesome from day one. They are there for me. You are not alone, so many people are going through the same things you are. Have you looked on line for a support group for you kids special needs. If they are Downs syndrom, google it and I'm sure there is a group out there. Keep on faking it put that smile on your face, put your head up, trust that God is walking with you. You have made it this far and you are doing it the best way you know how. When you are feeling bad, cry then count your blessings.....walk, talk, got a band, married, home, job, food, LBT family, lost how many pounds......:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: You have to let people know what type of help you need in order for them to help you. -
I lost 3 pounds last night, I am so happy. I was kinda nervous. I will be getting my 50 pounds gone pin from TOPS. Yeahhhh!!! God is Good...Praise Him!!!! 388 I coming back to get you!!!!

I am now at 390. I lost 3 pounds last night. YEAHHHH ME!!! I want to see that 388 again. I WILL SEE IT NEXT WEEK!!! I know what to do and I am going to do it. 390 388 2 pounds I can do that and I will Wed WAP/dancing 3 miles (hot out already) Thurs WAP/dancing 3miles Fri walk away the pounds (WAP tape) 2miles Sat 3 miles HP and pool at noon Sun 3 miles HP and pool at noon I have a goal and I am going to make it. 390-388-385-380-375 I have walked 106 miles since May. That is what I call walking away the pounds. 66 pounds gone!!!!:Dancing_biggrin: :confused_smile: :rolleyes2: :behindsofa:

Marimaru it doesn't take that long to cook really. Prep time is the most tedious. You could prep your veggies today and cook it tomorrow. This thread got me excited so I made my own throw together pot of soup. Ground beef for Protein and mixed veggies. yummy

Ok here is my 2 cents, I just talked about a sub in my journal. There was an article in the Washington Post about cheese steaks and where to get there without going to Philly. So far I have gotten through 2 weekends without going to get one but this weekend....I'm there. My restriction has left the building and I get another fill next week...oh yeah....me and a cheese steak. woohooo Where is the thread, I'm going to look for it.

I am happy with my exercise this weekend. Friday night we went downtown and walked but it was dark and did not stay long. LOL I don't know how the tourist do it. I walked bright and early Saturday morning at HP and came home picked up my child and went over to the track and did 1 mile there. Sunday I got up early again and was at the park by 6:15.....walking.....came home and did the laundry. I got my 10,000 steps both Sat and Sun. I don't know what I am going to do this evening but the exercise thing is addictive.:eek: Ha Ha 20 miles so far this month and today is the 10th. yesssss I will pass that sad 25 miles for the month of June today. I have Take The Challenge tonight and weigh in tomorrow. :clap2: :clap2:

Somebody stick a needle in my side...quick. I need a fill, yesterday. Ok I have enjoyed all the junk I wanted hummm:rolleyes: , well I didn't get that steak and cheese yet. I still have time, I'll do that this weekend. Oh uh yeah, I uhhhh need that fill. yep I have to say I am feeling pretty good. I got my eyebrows done yesterday and needed to go to a store just a few stores away and I walked. In the past, I would jump in the car with no hesitation. I am truly pleased with getting the band and becoming more active. Tonight is weigh in and I am excited, pray for me. I would love to see that 5 pounds gone but I just don't know. I keep saying it but when I get my scale oh my goodness, I just may have to bring it to work with me. I am below 400 pounds. 459-393-388-375 Was- was 2 weeks ago-gonna be this week, if not lower -and goal for Auugust I'm at 21 miles for the month of July and that feels great.
