I'm glad you are seeing the scale go down. You HAVE to move to make it move. LOL When I was on depot, after 11 months I had the brown discharge for almost a month. It was like since my body was not allowed to bleed monthly this had to happen. Don't stress about it, we know the quick weight loss does a lot to our bodies.

I am a tiny bit down because of life stresses. The decisions, bills, work, children,food. This too shall pass but right now I want some major food to eat right now. I didn't eat, I got a slimfast....yeahhhhhh me. Food is not going to make the situation better.

I will be walking in the office today. Does anybody want to go to the pool today? I will be walking Saturday and Sunday and hopefully extra. Wash the dag gone truck.....that is a work out if I do it right.

ummmmm seafooood I went to Phillips buffet and did good. I had 1 plate crab balls, steamed shrimp, spicy crab thing small and fried shrimp but I peeled the breading off. YEAHHHH

Little by little, they end up with a whole new way of life based on healthy eating and enjoyable activities. Here are a few tales of tiny transformations taken directly from our member Message Boards to inspire you: "I gave up soda about three or four weeks ago. I was drinking regular Coke, about two a day. I don't need that sugar! I was totally addicted to the caffeine and sugar. I'm so proud I have given that up." "I gave up eating after 7 p.m. I used to never snack at night until a few months ago. I've cut that out." "I am starting to walk on my treadmill and am going to start doing the circuit training." "I did my elliptical tonight, even though I really didn't want to." I love goals and list, they really work for me. I have short term goals 1) Lose at least 3 pounds for next weigh in on July 25 2) Lose 11 pounds by August 8 to put me at 375 3) Then set next goal 350

WOW Nykee 90 pounds you are doing awesome. I bet you look and feel great. Lesisbetter, well at least you have your band. Once you are ready to commit to making it work for you it is already there. if you want to be one of those big winners like Dianechef, Telly, TriciaK and the list goes on. You have to plan your meals and E X E R C I S E!
