I did get my 10,000 steps in and it was not easy easy. I had about 100 to go before bed so I'm stomping around with my daughter and then realized I did not put the pedometer back on. Duhhhh so I gave it to her and told her to get it. LOL I walked in place with her and even ran as I did when I did not have it on. LOL so it said 10,130 something but I know it was more. LOL What did I eat. Baked potato, 1/2 porkchop, baked chicken, string beans I messed up I did have ice cream yesterday. Today B- slimfast 190 S- chicken thigh L-wendy nuggets/frosty 520 D-Salad, fish, biscuit(2) Oh goodness this school meeting has thrown me all off. Stressed out eating, haven't gotten my steps in or my water. Ony 2427 steps Water all 8 cups Only did about 6,000 steps yesterday

Steps before 1731 after 2891 (10 min) I will do it again before lunch and at lunch lunch 5028 4 cups of water so far 6 cups as of 1:13 working on my next bottle 6340 steps I know I will get to 10,000 before the night is over because I have an errand to run and I will be sure I get them. I feel better already OK just finished my last bottle. 8 cups in me and everything else this evening is extra.:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: 6609 8 cups in me WOOHOOO See you tomorrow to start all over again.

Thank you Tann I just checked the weather and it will be 50 again today but 58 on Friday WOOOHOOOOO I will be walking after work on Friday. Saturday it is suppose to be sprinkles but 53 and 49 on Sunday. I will be out walking possibly today Saturday for sure and Sunday. YIIPPEEE:clap2: ((I just peaked at the extended forecast and they are calling tentatively for 64 degrees on March 9)))) I'm going to lose my mind when it gets warm. NO JOKE Tann-WOW you are doing great:omg: . Keep it up just becareful because you don't want to develop gout. Foods high in uric acid creats gouyt. So stick to lean meats and get your green leafy veggies in once you finish your 7 days. NRenee (if I can call you that) LOL check your weather for the rest of the week.

Sometimes you have to see what you are doing.:phanvan Yesterday cereal slimfast slice turkey tortilla chips potato/butter jelly beans chicken/red beans rice ice cream/3 cookies/1/2 burger :think Today 5 deli slice turkey/10 round tortilla chips 3/4 lemon danish/choc milk 4oz :phanvan apple spinach,shredded,cabbage, green pepper, tomato, green onion, and a pickle I'm not sure where to go from here but I will figure it out.:cry I will start out with water. Oh well, time to go motivate someone.

OK GUYS WE HAVE A CHALLENGE FROM TURNER24 JANETC AND NIECYRENEE.... Take the stairs for the rest of the week at work. Staircase streaking as often as you can this week. Commercial work out Home walk plan from Josette on page 29 post #426 LET'S DO IT PEOPLE 21 DAYS UNTIL SPRING!!!!!!

I need this so bad. I will do 1 week starting today. 1) I will do no less then 30 min exercise daily 2) I will drink 64 oz water daily 3) I will not have any fast food 4) I will have protein drink for breakfast I WILL GET MY 10,000 STEPS IN TODAY!!!!!!!

Time2Live I am right there with you. (I'm sorry did I get anything on your shoulder) oh well I'm ready for Sping too. I need some warmth so I can do what I got to do outside. LOL Hang in there girl. I'm with you Tann it is Time2Live and I think this is why we get the band because want to Live a Better Life....NOW!

Hey White06 how are you doing? Did you find out about the pain. Gallbladder pain comes and goes depending on the fatty or gassy foods I would eat. I had mine taken out several years go.

yeah yeah yeah Oh yeah I went to Bath and Body Works and bought some "Toe the Line" foot scrub and my feet feel so much better.....right after I use medium grade sandpaper (the kind on an emery board) on my feet then use the scrub on my feet for 3 days after I got off from work and then slathered them down with cream and oil and put socks on. They feel really good now. Gotta get them ready for the Summer.

Good Luck guys on your M/E. Turner24 I can't take the stairs up because they are locked but I do walk down the stairs faithfully. OK GUYS WE HAVE A CHALLENGE FROM TURNER24.....Take the stairs for the rest of the week. We might as well through in the old staircase streak challenge. Wherever you have a set of stairs streak them as often as you can this week. I ran up and down my stairs last night everytime a commercial came on during 24. Not for exercise but because I was trying to get the kitchen cleaned downstairs and watch 24 upstairs. LOL

You guys just make my heart smile. Thank you It is wonderful that we come together so we can get it together. Tann you are sweet. My eating is so emotionally driven at times that the best thing I can do is exercise. I am anticipating the warmer weather here so I can get back out and walk. When I get on the treadmill I won't do more then 30 min but when I go to the park which is 3.2 miles around. WOOOHOOO I am in heaven knowing that once I start that is no turning back and when I finish I will have completed 3.2 miles. I was doing that everyday after work and the weekends and I am so ready to get back there. It is suppose to get to 50 today. Hopefully I will go walk tomorrow so I can feel better and possibly go 2 times around if someone walks with me. I am sad, did we get a challenge for this week?

Well Tan that is good to know because I think the majority of us are like that and we allow who we want to win at that moment. You are winning most of the time. Take it and run with you. You Go Girl!!!
