Real job????? Part time as a dental assistant for a family friend. I learned a lot.....yuck. I didn't have to work for quite a while because I did hair and had a nice clientele. he he he he

Greg thank you for infoming us. Photonut thank you for pulling Ryans last post. It was eloquent to say the least and unsettling that he knew some of my pain. You can run, you can try to hide and you can fight...... My prayers are with his family.

Vines I'll help you with the wine part. I like coolers so let's start there. Bartles and James would be a good start or Smirnoff or Jack's hard lemonade.....ooohhhhh over 500 calories a bottle.....never mind. Where is the pasta and pizza? -
It is Wednesday, I'm Ok because I know that I am blessed. I have to find the motivation to keep going and do more and do better. I have to make a phone call or two and I will be fine. Life is short......I want to LIVE IT!!!! I gained 3 pounds, I'm ok but I don't like it. I will be out of the 380's this month. I will begin 30 minutes a day, everyday.

escunder012004 I love to Workout and I appreciate that they have the heavy girl on their who didn't want to have GB. She cried and threw up after her first workout. I really don't need the drama of their lives, I could just watch the person trainers teach the classes or individual clients. I really do love to work out at the gym but I don't like it when there are too many super fit people there. I get perinoid and think of negative thoughts about me that they may have. *silly* Once my Monday night exercise class is over I will join the womens weight training class at my rec center. I did that about 2 years ago and loved it. We had a great instructor. The class will be Mondays and Wednesdays, I can't wait.

MariecCarmen good luck. It is amazing that I am reading this thread and eating a sausage mcmuffin for the first time in months. I can usual eat 1/4 then begin the pb thing. I am eating it very slowly, pulling it apart and not eating the yolk. Yolk kills me, I love eggs but they don't always like me. I am getting a lot of gurgling noises and burps, for me that means it is going down. If I drank something now....that would be 5 minutes of sliming, pain and then the lovely pb. Can you eat a few minutes after a pb....? I can but I really just try to use it as a signal to stop eating. -

My mind is just every where today. I refuse to focus on anything, I won't even take the time to read and post what I want in others journals. I have been unfocused for about a week. It is weigh in day, I need it. I don't know how I have done but I will try to eat as little as possible today. Great work out at TTC again. He had us outside but it wasn't bad. We worked the legs and arms. It is amazing what slow steady motion can do and just holding your arms out....wow that hurt. He even had us jog, I was surprised. 5min cardio

Congratulations!!!!! Wear something comfortable, long t shirt or breathable material and workout material pants, to your knee or longer. You know like the yoga pants, socks and tennis shoes. Don't worry about the meat heads, you are there for you. They are thinking or this is just temporary but you it is not. You go every week and do your thing. Watch them, watch you change your body. Positive attitude, smile, no complaining, JUST DO IT!! :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

I'm sure they are being told not to drink caloric drinks and then they are exercising on a regular basis. You know when you first start a diet your body is starving for everything, Water, Vitamins and exercise. Like lasonyadj said the first part of the diet is a detox, fruit and veggies.

I am happy about how far I have come and my work this weekend but I am not doing all that I can. Walked 3 miles Saturday and Sunday and lots of shopping walking on Saturday. I wanted to do more but did not have any one to push me. I have to figure out what to do today about that. 385
