I am allergic to codine and and get violent stomach pain also. I am having brain freeze righ tnow. I received a liquid and I can't remember the name of it. I took it once and I had problems breathing. I should not have taken it with my bp meds or I took too much but that was the first and last time I took it. Adult strength, liquid tylenol was stong enough to knock me out. I only needed it about 4 times diffrent days. When I remember the name of the pain killer I will let you know. Good Luck

August 24, 2006 Pump Up the Volume Music keeps you motivated, just ask our club members. A fast, bass-thumping song can keep you running on the treadmill. A slow, meditative song can help you stretch that extra few inches during your yoga routine. The truth is, music inspires your mind and body. Our Biggest Loser Club members can't get enough of it. "Great music really helped me stick it out...I'm talking about the kind of music that makes you dance uninhibited when you're alone and no one's watching...that kind of pumped up." "I haven't run without difficulty since I was in my late teens/early 20s. (I'm in my 40s now). Yes! This is so cool. Plus I play 'Dreams' by the Cranberries during my running segment and I'm actually running to the music. I never thought I could do this." Some ways to incorporate tunes into your workout routine: Try exercises that require music like aerobics, step, or spin classes. Expand your horizons: Dance. "I lost the weight by dancing (ballet) 5 times per week. The weight just melted off and I was down to a size 8 from a 12/14, with no dieting. I love ballet so it never felt like an exercise program." Invest in an iPod or MP3 player and make yourself a "workout playlist" of all your favorites. Listen to the BLC members...and feel the beat this week!

Tell your doc about the headaches, do you have high blood pressure? those smilies have been there forever. They can get rid of the one holding the pencil. Oh yeah you are going to be playing with more then those 2 pounds if you keep eating the stuff you don't usually eat and not doing any kind of exercise. You can give up the healthy eating and exercise at the same time, that spells oh CRAP!

I was going to say the same thing.....they are common and doctors usually do remove them while in surgery for something else.

Oh Wow that is beautiful. You are talented. If you don't want the framers to mess with it anymore, you should at least make them aware of what happened.

LOL you should put that in the prayer thread http://www.lapbandtalk.com/showthread.php?t=17568 When you pray, you pray that others come to know God and have their own personal relationship with him. I'm sure this is not about bashing someone else but just good clean chat. So JMO how are you doing. WWJD? I wear him on my sleeve or my signature at least. LOL 10 pounds gone, you girl!!!

I feel the pain, I am not going in the right direction but I know why. My exercise and eating as fallen off but I am getting back on track. One day at a time. I made a commitment to do 30 minutes a day at the very least. http://www.lapbandtalk.com/showthread.php?t=22669 -
Yeahhhhhh I did my 30 minutes last night and noooooo fast food. Yeahhhhhh I am so glad. I cooked dinner early and had a meal, no salad so I had broccoli with my chili. I will count that 30 minutes as 1 mile walk. I will strive for that again today.

Vegg that is one of the great things about this board. You are not alone. So many of us have felt the same way but try not to focus on others right now. Focus on you, once you love yourself others will see the confidence and that is something that draws us to others. Do you love you right now? Can you tell yourself "you look good girl?

I am sure there is some information already on the board that could help you. Use the search key. It sits on the line at the top of your screen that starts with User CP. -
I gained and I don't want to say what it was. I'm hurt but it was expected. I am doing well so far today. Instead of eating I will cry. I wanted to eat something very late last night, instead I cried. The release of fluids have to be some kind of weight loss. This morning, upset about life in general, cried. 289-291 I ate so much bread last week it was crazy. Yes I need a fill and I will get one soon. I will call now and see if the office is open. 9.13 at 1:30 good done. Stress is crazy but I decided to slow down yesterday. There is no point of running around with your head cut off just to be on time. I am having to follow my DC around just to get her to do things in a timely manner. It is working my last nerve but there is peace of mind because I know it is done. We had 25 minutes to get ready for TOPS and she gets in the bed. Noooooo get your clothes ready for school tomorrow. It took 25 minutes for her to look for and try on things. (I do not allow her to put something out unless she puts it on and we are both satisfied with how it looks, she is thick and I don't want her to be uncomfortable or upset about how she looks) I decided she needs to do a few other things she is going to have to do before bed anyhow.....empty the trash, clean the bathroom sink and get all papers that need my attention for school. I'm soooooo glad I took care of these things before we left. OHHHH ALI, WE GOT THE MAIL....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, THEY ARE SO CUTE.

You guys are making me hungry. I think I will fix chili with grd beef, red beans and black beans.
-
You are so right. Once you see results it is a great motivator. Keep up the great work.
-
Good Luck you will be fine. Keep you eye on the prize. Remeber why you are doing this. Start walking, you have to keep your mind off of food. Drink lots of water and the day before surgery so they can find your veins easily.
