I'm tired of this ride, I wanna get off for minute. dam *shuts the door, as I get off*......walking away......sitting on the bench.......looking around.....really quiet.....beautiful.......too quiet.....huuuuuuuu......get up.....walk back to ride......"I guess I'll get back on now, everyone else is still on it" My emotions, hormones, whatever they are suck. Hey, I am back in the saddle again. I walked 4 miles Saturday and then helped my neighbor move, then I took a 1 hour nap. LOL Sunday I walked 3 miles then I ate ice cream....hummmm:tired Oh well it sounds like an hourly 2 minute session coming on. I need a name for that. Hourly 2 minute work out Hourly 2 minute mini Hourly mini workout Hourly metabolism booster (that sounds like a shot) oh well I'll be back I'm going to do some sit ups. 100 sit ups 7:30 25 inner leg lifts each 25 push ups Woohooo if I would just keep this up daily. Chantilly does appear to be very nice. There is a bit of traffic because I go that way to go to my doctors office sometimes. Thank you and I know you will do well. Take a page out of the book of some of the folks on here that have not even been banded a year and have lost over 80 pounds. Tip: Exercise-cardio-walking and low carb Good Luck

This is so much of what LBT is about. Finding out that you are not alone is priceless. The shame can now be released. How did I get to 459 pounds......over time. 3500 calories equal a pound Some days I would eat McDonalds for Breakfast, lunch and dinner Sausage egg cheese biscuit, hash brown, orange juice 1100 QP w/cheese, large fries, Large orange soda, apple pie 1690 Double cheeseburger, large friees, lg orange soda, apple pie 1390 Of course I would eat other food during the day, maybe more fast food. 4,180 in one day.....Lord....thank God for Lapband Surgery

I didn't expect pictures but I thought.....I thought is was weight related. I would get black heads (are they zits) on my inner thighs. If you use a body scrub periodically on youre entire body, it really makes the skin smooth. Home made scrub, table salt and liquid vegetable oil. As you mix it in a bowl you will feel the consistancy you need. Get wet in the shower and then begin to gently scrub your body, elbows, knees, heels, legs, just everything except your face. I understand you can use sugar for your face, it is more gentle. After scrub, use your favorite body wash or soap. Ahhhhhhh feels great.

No fast food today Exercise 30 minutes at the very least Drink my water Eat fruit and veggies with lunch and dinner today I did it I did it!!! Wooohoooo and this kept me from getting fast food this morning. I will keep these same challenges for today....(gulp)

Yeahhhhhh I did my 30 minutes last night and noooooo fast food. Yeahhhhhh I am so glad. I cooked dinner early and had a meal, no salad so I had broccoli with my chili. I will count that 30 minutes as 1 mile walk. I will strive for that again today.
