It is hard to admit that you can't control your eating. There were only 3 or 4 people there and with that small number, I just felt I was the focus. I can get lost in a larger group and feel more comfortable. With that embarrasement I thought I could go and lose some weight on my own. But of course that was short lived. Anyhow, I do belong to TOPS now and they are an excellent support group. Take Off Pounds Sensibly

Seppi, it really does work. I got in the habit of ordering a cup of hot water when I would go out to eat. It helped me to keep from getting stuck.

Wow it sounds like your doctor does his homework. I had to learn from LBT that drinking hot water in the am loosens the band in the morning. I still get tight some mornings, although I can eat just about anything the rest of the day. I will be getting a fill soon.

I went to an OA meeting many years ago. It seemed like it would have been good but once I told my story. I felt so ashamed, I cried and that was my last visit.

Some of you guys are crazy. When I heard on the radio that the croc hunter was killed by a stingray, I thought it was a bad joke. The dj's were being real stupid. I didn't find out for sure until later that evening. It is sad with anyones passing but someone who was young and full of energy and just knowing he had a wife and young kids made my heart go out to them.

I hope this will be the last time I see 390's. I am back to 388, dag, just spinning my wheels and waisting time. Back to setting my goal. Mdlitchick did you go fall shopping yet?

Oh wow ok I didn't know you were doing 30 minuted DAILY....that is excellent. Keep doing what you are doing but if you are not seeing results check you calories and your exercise. You will do great. Read the post of people that are extremely successful. We should try to model their eating habits and exercise to get the max benefit. You are welcome karik, a lot of people read your journal but sometimes we just don't know if our comments are welcome. A journal is kinda personal.

Hey a pound down is a wonderful thing. Challenge yourself to walk in place for 20 minutes everyday for one week and check it out.
