When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Now: I walk 6:30am on the weekend faithfully so I will address that. Winter Options: Not walking at 6:30am LOL ok, join the local recreation center, to use gym walk in the afternoon at the track instead of near the Water walk at the sports and learning complex ...inside

I bought some workout clothes as a reward.

I lost hair but I can't say how much. My loss started about 6 months out. It is scary to see your hair come out all day long by the full strand with root attached. My hair has gotten thinner but my hair was thick to begin with. Biotin really helped slow down the loss.

For me high fatty or gassy foods would give me gall bladder attacks....cheese, butter, bean etc. What did you eat and how long after you ate it did you have pain?

I just got to work late and bent over to turn on my pc ...bam.....pain in my right side. Logged on to my yahoo group.....pain.....didn't know what was going on with me. I was alone in this Arlington, Va office. Called home to BF he said he would come get me but I didn't want to wait, it would take to long. I called my supervisor in the Pentagon, I was crying and I told him I was going to call 911 or go home. I would let him know later. I looked at my pc and people said WTC in NY was hit. I was in pain, I said it must be a joke. Crying I got to my car, sat there, prayed for the pain to go away. Morning traffic was still heavy going across the 14th st bridge so I want to the WW bridge. On my way one radio station began talking about the tower being hit. I kept turning to see if anyone else had it and eventually they all did. Then they said the other tower was hit. I felt alone on the road. I got close to home, saw smoke in the distance. I felt like rapture had occured and I was left behind. The radio then said the Pentagon was hit by something but they did not know what. 2 men were across the street and I asked them had they heard, they said they did. I said you heard about the Pentagon, they ran in the house. I got in the house and could not turn from the news for weeks. The pain went away 2 days later. God knew I would not have been able to handle trying to get home in the choas that day by myself. Not being able to get in touch with my co workers or my brother at the Pentagon.

Leila big ((((hugggssss)))) to you. I am sorry your are going through these rough times. Everyone is welcome with positiveness. Weather you are asking for or praying for positiveness and prayers. I have 3 girlfriends who have had fibroids the size of very large fruit. They all had successfull hysterectomies and non cancerous tumors. I will pray for you speedy recovery and financial blessings.

LOL I went to Red Robin Saturday and had 1 1/2 glass of freckled lemonade, 3 french fries and almost half of a monster burger ummmmmm sit, breath, digest, bite, sit, breath, sit, digest...you know the routine. LOL I will have to see if Smokey Bones has rib soup.
