Kareyquilts you did a great job and you will so those pounds fall off the scale next week. Your body is trying to adjust so just keep up what you are doing. Avilla great job on the running. I am so sorry your son isn't feeling well. I hope you get some well deserved rest.

Today is Tuesday March 13 1. Drink at least 64 oz of Water today 2. Take vitamins/meds 3. Exercise more then 30 minutes today. Get in every little bit of exercise you can. Walk in place, pace, jog in place in the bathroom. 4. Keep carbs low and meats lean don't forget about sugar free Snacks and green veggies work wonders. 5. Smile today no big smiles Live today like it is your last without the last meal thing. LOL Be happy, Thankful, Grateful, Giving.....

The weather finally really broke and I feel so much better. I need the sun and warmth. I did 6.4 miles yesterday and going back for more today. WOOOHOOOO!!!!!

Too many people have been talking about bacon. So what do I have this morning. Bacon and scrambled eggs. I have eaten 1 strip and about 2 forks of eggs and I'm almost stuck. I think that's enough until later. I wish I had put my pedometer on first thing this morning because I was up and down the stairs and running around to fix my breakfast and lunch and get dressed. Whewww

Some folks do turkey bacon. I will leave it at that. It's all protein but some have more fat and calories so take all that into consideration pamla68. LOL

There weather broke this weekend for us and boy did I get out there in it. I had a nice full weekend. Sunday I did 6.4 miles at park. YESSSSSS It felt great. I plan on going back everyday this week after work. Wednesday is suppose to get up to 75 WOW!!!

When you want to succeed you look to the successful. If you want to become a millionaire you go out and read up on how other millionaires made their millions. When you get a self help book look to those who were successful in the end. We all have our moments but we have to press through. (self pep talk) With or without the band you have to EXERCISE AND EAT RIGHT This fight is not over. We have set some short term goals. Thanks Avilla, I will get it together. It is amazing how easy it is to fall off and STAY OFF. My band isn't failing me, I'm failing my band. It's there and it works. It's tight in the morning and gives me restriction through the day. I have been choosing to eat around it. What am I thinking?? I know what to do. I wouldn't even go weigh in again this week in fear that the scale will be higher. Excuse me, my weight my be higher. This is rediculous.

Hey you guys, you are doing great. Keep up the good work and remember this is the beginning of creating great lifestyle habits. Exercise and watching what you eat is key to this success. Please forgive me for not being as vocal as I usually am but I am dealing with some stresses and I have been allowing it to be my excuse not to exercise and eat right. I am trying to get back on track.
