Well I made my chicken soup yesterday and it is pretty good. It is my leftover soup, anything leftover in the fridge I put it in. LOL chicken carcus, cabbage, greens, celery, onions green and peppers. Now looking at swirigirl's message I should have put the kilbasi and can of curry chick peas in it also. Well, there is tomorrows version. Swiri look at your numbers, woohoooo you go girl *poof*

Yes yes yes yes yes walking works. I was my happiest and losing my weight the quickest when I was walking 3 miles a day. Woohooo gotta get back to it.

I feel you because although I have lost 79 pounds I still wear the same size. Yes I have lost inches but not enought to go down another size and look neat. We all carry our weight diffrently and because I have a big belly it is going to affect the size of my tops and pants because everything has to fit in the waist. Oh I can buy a smaller bra....yippee....not.

I want to start drinking or smoking. OK I don't really want to start smoking because it stinks but if it didn't .....and the cancer thingy but OK I want to start drinking. People who drink just have so much find in their mind. Right now my brain cells are not having a good time. If I get them drunk they will think they are having a good time therefore I will have a good time. Dag it, I want an escape. I am tired of stressing and having to worry about things and dealing with them. I want someone else to deal with the stupid stuff. Oh :notagree I could go to sleep like some people do. They can just in the bed and sleep for hours at any given time, get up, go back to sleep. That one is safer and you won't eat while you are sleep.

Just liquids before your appointment. My fills do not hurt and they have never been done under floro. The area is numbed with a tiny neddle and then the other needle is used to do the fill. My doctor finds the port with his fingers.

RJB Diet tip 1. drink your water and 1 protein shake a day to replace a meal. 2. Veggies come in all forms, have you tried the new v8 splash ( I did not like the original v8 but the tropical splash is yummy) Veggies in a bottle. Also, look at what a serving size of veggies are, it is not a huge bowl or plate anymore. 3. Eat your protein first and leave the sugar and white flour alone. 4. You must get some exercise in, that also comes in all forms. Raise your heart rate, sweat a bit, run in place, sit in the chair and punch your arms in front of your and up in the air. Lift hand weights, use resistance bands. Good luck and work the heck out of your band.

Speaking of prayer chains. I thank God for another day. Each minute is precious and I have not been treating it as such. Catherine's had a sale on serenada bras 2 for $39 but then I come across some bras maked down 6.99:omg: WHAT. I tried it on and it fit, finally a bra that fits oh yeah did I say I had already tried on 5 bras. yeah Ok so there was another bra, diffrent make and white, I had to try it on because all bras are not created equal. It fit WHAT! 10.99 Oh yeah I got 2 new bras, not the colors I would have chosen but I will be wearing them....often. I will be sure to put the bright pink one on with my white shirt on the weekend. LOL

You are too funny but yes it is all about love and acceptance. But who has to love and accept you. As you get older you really don't care about what other people think as long as you love yourself. When you walk out the door in the winter with your hair pulled back (not brushed), a comfy seatshirt, your favorite pair of black pants with pockets and a hole in the knee, flip flops and then you put on some lipstick:kiss2: and your head held high as you go to 3 stores and you see people you know and you smile and wave and feel good that you are able to get back into that sweatshir and pants that you weren't able to wear 2 years ago. That calls for the Barney song. Come on Chameleon let's celebrate the 7.4 lost. I love you, you love me, we're a great big family.
