Of course I hope I lost and I feel like I should have lost more then a pound this week but only the scale can tell me that. I am going to buy me a scale when I get to 350, hopefully I will get it before that. I am so excited to be able to get on my own scale at home anytime I want to especially to get on and see 350. Yessssss

Hey Chrissy I am so happy for your lost WOW you are doing a great job. If you want more support you can check into your local TOPS chapter. They are a weight lost group, very inexpensive, that supports all types of weight lost. I have been with them for a little over 4 years now and I got my band last year, they were very supportive. Since then I have brought in our local lap band members and 4 of them joined. Weight loss is weight loss it is not easy no matter how you cut it. check out TOPS.com cost is $24 a year and then monthly dues, mine are $3 a month but chapters dictate the amount depending on if they have to pay rent where they meet.
