Hey you have come a long way baby....you can get as close as you can. Take your vitamin, meds, drink 40oz of water a day, dance your butt off at the parties and exercise at home. Happy Happy when you see that scale at 259 and 250 will come sooner then you think if you put your mind, body and spirit into it. NOW!! Come on Avilla you can do this!!!

I'm sorry you are feeling like this but it is not uncommon. While going through test I thought about not going through with the surgery. It is very stressful preparing for surgery and listening to other peoples advice sometimes. For me I was 459 and have lost 80 pounds and if I don't lose another pound I am glad I had surgery. Stay in prayer, you will be fine.

Terrilen he is with you and you are worthy no matter what. Take one day at a time and enjoy the little things in life. Take one meal at a time. If it helps to plan your meals today then do it. If you can walk start walking during commercials when you are watching tv or lift hand weights. Every little bit helps. I'm sorry you are going through some stuff right now but you are not alone. Sometimes just smiling helps you get through the rough moment and you might find yourself being able to smile a little more often. I will keep you in my prayers because he is an Awesome God and he loves you.

You have already taken 3 steps in the right direction. You got the band, you are seeing a therapist and know you are reaching out for more help from your banded family. Here is my suggestion, find a weight loss support group near you. Is there a lap band meeting near you from OH or LBT?

If you guys are seing a physical therapist, they can surely recommend something that you can do. there are chair exercises but if you have a back injury that is something different. Ask your doctor to be on the safe side of things. Good Luck -

Yes it is all crazy. I don't even bother getting a regular size plate anymore. I usually eat from a tea saucer or salad plate.

Girl you have had your hands full but through it all you are still smoke free. The accident was a test of your will power. I can atest that after an accident everyone is shaken up a bit but back on track again today. I'm sorry to hear about your girls fussing and your father inlaw. Pray when you do know what else to do, it will get your through to the next moment and maybe even with a smile on your face. I am so excited for you and you should be proud of yourself.:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Cat804 that is wonderful. Good Luck and keep us posted. Eeyore still doesn't look happy though. I'm scared to say I want to lose 10 pounds by Christmas. I only have 2 more weigh ins this year. 12.12 and 12.19. My next weigh in will be 1.2. I have not been exercising or eating very well this week so I will set a goal for my 1.2 weigh in....15 pounds that would put me at 365. -
Girl I saw your pics, you look MARVELOUS. WOW keep it going girl. Your family is going to be so surpised when they see you. That little cheesy grin is going to be on your face the whole time they are there. LOL

Mandy 1 Nope (just tight in the morning but that is a good thing) 2 Most of the time (I have been stress eating lately) 3 No, I use to but I don't want to take the chance of being full from the Fluid.( I want to get the satisfaction of the food) 6 Maybe 2 days out of the week and it is a gentle pb (I've had the painful ones before) My problem is stress and I am falling back into old habits of running to food to deal with the stress. So I will get the food and out of guilt instea of swallowing it I will spit it back out after chewing it up. I am trying to get back on track. I have a slim fast for Breakfast and big bottle of Water. I bought lots of lettuce last night for salads and I have tuna for lunch. I going to fix a pot of Beans tonight for the weekend. I do better when I have food already prepared. My stress snack for today is a Reese.

I have been chewing up food and spitting it out. I just don't need to put the food in mouth in the first place. I have got to do better. I do not pb on purpose but when I do it is because I was eating too fast or to much. Self control is what I need more of.
