Well if you are replacing fruit with higher caloric foods of course your weight will go down. Just think you shouldn't catch a cold anytime soon and you look good.

I over a year out and those foods still give me problems but I can have a tiny bit slowly. Refried Beans, cheese, Protein shakes, ground turkey were my friends in the mushy stage.

I was all in a good mood. I just realized I gained a pound last night. Whatever, I'll just say mother nature did it. God is Good....what!.....I said GOD IS GOOD.....Can I get an ALL THE TIME!!!
