Did anyone see To Be Fat Like Me on Lifetime last night? I didn't go to sleep until midnight, watching this movie and being emotional afterwards. It was sooooo good. http://www.lifetimetv.com/movies/originals/fatlikeme.php

Yeehaw that was my first thought when the second girl came out. She had plastic surgery I'm sure of it. Her tummy was way to flat.

Oh good you have answered your questions right there. Count the calories of your little debbies, by the way I love them and they are so inexpensive. I won't buy them anymore because a box only last one day in my house or should I say a few hours. It sounds like you need to start journaling your food and 1/2 mile is not enough. Come on to LBT bootcamp and let's get this stuff off together. -

Well let us see. Do you exercise, drink your water, what and when do you eat, have you had your thyroid checked? Just to start with. Are you an optimist or a pesimest. (sp sucks) -

It was really good it hit on some obvious points and some that are not so obvious. The "real" fat girl was good. I don't know her name but I have seen her before.

You go girl that size 10 looks good. See if there is a lapband support group in your area. It is great to have others going through the same thing to talk to but LBT is always here anyhow. -
Did you say you are waiting. Noooooo you are in progress you are moving toward your day of surgery, towards your healing, towards you new eating ventures, towards your new workout, towards the new attitude, towards the new body and best of all Living Your Life All Along The Way.

That sounds like a lot to me also but knowing now what I do about my band, I would do it again and pay that price. The good thing about the band is that it is like buying a piece of exercise equipment. When you first get it you are excited and use it all the time then the novelty wears off and you stop using it but then when you are ready to get serious and take some more weight off it is right there waiting for you. Good Luck with your decision.

Angelburch you are too funny but yes I am a morning person. I wish I could stay in the bed until 9am but I think it is just a waste of time. My body wants to get up so I am glad that I am motivated to do something now when I get up. I was getting up at 5:30 now I get up at 5am. I was in the gym at 5:50 this morning and did 1 minute and a half on the eliptical. I increased my time by 1/2 minute LOL. I did 15 min on the treadmil and did 2 arm machines and 1 leg. When I got home yesterday I walked in place watching Oprah for 15 minutes and ran up and down the stairs about 12 times total for the evening last night. I think I will go back to the gym and get on the treadmill or ride the bike for 15 minutes at lunch. I love the pull down machine. I saw results from the machine before and it really gets rid of the rolls. I weight in tonight and I am really excited. My last weight in was 379 on 12/19.

Doug you are doing great, 43 pounds is awesome. Utilize this time well, while you are afraid to eat. Keep your carbs low and get in your protein. Remember sugarfree popsicles and fudgesicles are great. Tell Leigh that Abraham has ....... that should make her feel better.
