Just poked my head in....did some say booty call. I know what those are. I am single, my definition of single is having male friends and no one wants to commit to a dag on relationship. Part of this is my fault. How can I expect someone else to love me if I won't. So right now I am in a relationship with me but I am looking to involve someone else hopefully soon. I am getting tired of buying me dinner. -

PeaCJ- Good Luck and Congratulations!!!! As for this weekend without breaking down start walking. Walk in place, walk around the store, walk, walk, walk. This is your start to a good exercise plan. When there is nothing else to do walk. Wheetsin- promises promises, I don't need shoes I just need your inspiration. Keep doing what you are doing and it motivates me. BTW you look amazing. -
OK my turn, my turn I am happy to say that I have gone to the gym every morning this week. WOOOOHOOOOOO It is not as bad as I thought. I need to stay focused on me and not worry about other people. I can see the diffrence in my attitude and body. I love it when I am motivated and exercising. I spend about 20 to 30 minutes in the gym. I do 2 minutes on the eliptical, 15 or 20 min on the treadmill and then some leg or arm weights and that's it. Something is better then nothing and hopefully as time goes on I will do more and more. Cardio is so important to help burn these calories. Hey you guys, guess what???? I can see my bicep muscle again. LOL I still need to get my food together. I just don't know what to eat sometimes. I really need to get more into buying and cooking fish. I am at 376 but lowes weight since being banded was 373 back on 11.14. If I work really hard this weekend and eat right I can have those 3 pounds off by my weigh in on Tuesday. I CAN DO THIS!!!!! I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!!!:whoo:

Okiefamily I like that, I really like that:bananajump: MorningFuneral- great job on the sweetless night. Your salad dressing sound delish. I need to start eating more fish. My daughter loves Torrid. They do have some great looking clothes in there. I am so sorry about how you felt when you went shopping, been there done that and still do. You did the right thing by not indulging into the mess because that just sets us back even further. I hope we all can stay as focused as you did after that episode. You deserve a gold star and a big hug. ((((hug))))):huggie: LapBandFan- what are you doing? Stop it, the scale is going in the right direction …down….as long as it goes down you are going forward. I was 379 and now I am 376 WOOOHOOO I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. I just knew it was going to be down 8 or 9 pounds but I am ok. I am going in the right direction and have a new workout routine. I want to be out of the 370 by the end of this month and it is doable. I am going to stay positive and focused. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: Thanks guys for all of your support.

I agree, walking is one of the best exercises you can do. Just start walking in place while watching tv or dancing to some music. -

Are you tasting diffrent protein shakes to see which ones you like. They are going to come in handy after surgery.

Angelburch you are too funny but yes I am a morning person. I wish I could stay in the bed until 9am but I think it is just a waste of time. My body wants to get up so I am glad that I am motivated to do something now when I get up. I was getting up at 5:30 now I get up at 5am. I was in the gym at 5:50 this morning and did 1 minute and a half on the eliptical. I increased my time by 1/2 minute LOL. I did 15 min on the treadmil and did 2 arm machines and 1 leg. When I got home yesterday I walked in place watching Oprah for 15 minutes and ran up and down the stairs about 12 times total for the evening last night. I think I will go back to the gym and get on the treadmill or ride the bike for 15 minutes at lunch. I love the pull down machine. I saw results from the machine before and it really gets rid of the rolls. I weight in tonight and I am really excited. My last weight in was 379 on 12/19.

I love it the New Day does Starts today Okiefamily and Turner24, Great Job. Great Job Morningfuneral on that 35 pound commitment. I am on my 3rd cup of Water and have been to the gym this morning doing almost 2 minutes on the elliptical and 20 on the treadmill. I plan to go back at lunch time.
