Hi ladies there are a few things playing into not setting a date. There are about 8 of us who have been banded about a year or more and we don't get on the boards like we use to. The curiosity of how to work my band has worn off so now we are living our lives and going through the ups and downs with the band. If you really want to get something going you have to contact people personally through personal emails and phone calls. A central location with a time and date. Whoever comes be happy with that because if you get discouraged if only 1 person shows up then you just get disappointed. We have had meetings where we would have a full group and other meetings of 2 people but we still have fun. I will try to contact some folks to see what day is good for them. I live in Oxon Hill.

Hey Barbara long time no hear. Oh wow is Leona here, if not when will she be in town. That is so wonderful she is going to try out for AI. Tell her I said good luck and I know she will win because she can bring tears to the eyes of the people she sing for. What an amazing voice. Hopefully Katschi will have her meeting while you are in town. Lots of folks will be going out of town next month because school starts. I went to Connie's baby shower and she and Karen look good.

WOW!!!! :omg:I heard there were some amazing things going on in Boot Camp but I did not know it was all this. I am so proud :clap2:of all you guys!!!! Look at where you guys started in this journey and look where you are now.... I am so happy for you because I know the pain of being obese, fat, unhealthy, ashamed and so on. But now you guys are moving into a brand new list of adjatives....motivated, determined, healthy, proud...just WOW!!! I don't know what to say. I love you guys. Tann here is a big hug that would just squish you now. Look at you, I have seen your pics and you are a brand new person on the outside. My girl Avilla, can I say positive motivation. LOL I can't belive how many folks have hung in there..Karequilts, Niecyrene, Turner24, Denise, Amy:whoo::car:

Stress is a mutha....leave home without it. I am at 371 thank God, after gaining 4 pounds two weeks in a row is a real downer. I knew I did not gain all that weight in that amount of time. So I have lost 10 pounds in 1 week....the body has a serious sense of humor and I was not laughing. Ok my goals seem more attainable now. I still don't have much time to get on line.

Avilla you are an awesome lady to do that for your new sister in law. Congratulations to all of you on your success. I have missed you all. I can't wait to get back. It will be this month. See you guys soon. Love you Tann, keep up the great work. You look amazing.

I am very busy in my new office. I know I will lose a few more pounds here. I can finally say I have lost 88 pounds. I am striving for that elusive 100 pounds. I will get there, I know that.
