    Tia you are not alone and for those who are not in our shoes can not understand. This is why LBT is such a great place. Call me you have a chance. I will see if I have your new number.     Good attitude Avilla, you are doing a great job. I am right there with you trying to get to the 100 pound mark. I'm sure you will get closer then you realize before your bandiversary if you keep going at this rate. It has been a year and a half for me and I am 13 pounds away from 100. Some lose it faster then others but those who do put a lot of hard work into it Keep up the Great WorkOut Routine. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

    Tann my weigh ins are on Tuesdays so I will just post last Tuesdays numbers. So I will always be a week behind but that is ok. You are doing such an awesome job on your weight lost. Keep your focus and Welcome Aboard. Avilla I’m glad you saw the doctor and at least you got somewhere to start with your son so he can control it with diet. Does your insurance company have a nutritionist in their network. Oakiefamily you are more then welcome, anytime. Turner24 ok with love……Turner moving your body is what is going to burn those nasty little calories to get your body in the shape that you want it to be in come Spring.     OK PEOPLE THE WEEKEND IS NOT A TIME OF REST BUT A TIME TO KICK IT UP A KNOTCH!!!! Don'f forget Monday Weigh In and Measurements I PROMISE To exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I will eat less & more health than ever before. I will, I will, I will get all my water in everyday. THIS IS LBT BOOT CAMP PEOPLE THIS IS OUR COMMITMENT If I faulter, I will not stop, but start IMMEDIATELY from that moment on to get back on track. NO EXCUSES. This is my time & I will see this promise through for MYSELF

    Time2live I'm so sorry as I have gotten older PMS has gotten worst for me and I use to never have cramps but I do on the first day now. We only need to do measurements now, end of Februay and the last day of bootcamp. We do need to start giving a weekly weigh in. I know everyone does not have a scale at home. I weigh on Tuesdays so I will give last weeks numbers. Feel better it will be over soon.

    Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp

    I do understand and as parents we always blame ourselves. My child does not get enough exercise or just movement. At her age they just want to move in slow motion so I get her up and out with me on the weekends fussing or not. Last Sunday she was dragging and sitting in the bathroom hoping I would leave her so I did. I went around the block and when I came back she had something in the microwave. I made her go get dressed. 15 to 25 minutes into our exercise she always loosens up so that must be when her endorphines are kicking in. Don't stress you know what to do. I was actually thinking about putting my dear child in a martial arts class.

    Avilla I was talking about me not you. I hope your son does not have diabetes and if he has weight issues I know that you will take him on your journey to lose it together. Pizza night sounds like it may come biweekly instead of weekly. No more sodas in the house. My daughter has weight issues also so I can't keep certain things in the house.

    Avilla keep at it now because I looked at my chart that I keep for weight loss and I only lost about 32 pounds for the year of 06. That is crazy but true. I am a year and a half out and I have lost 87 pounds. I don't want to complain but it could have been faster if I just simply exercised everyday. Just do something everyday. Weight lost is no joke. I have lost 7 pounds from December 19 to January 23. That is great but I have to keep up my walking to continue like that.

    It's Fridayyyyyyyyyy!!!!!! I'm here, I went to the gym when I got off yesterday and this morning. When I go I normally do 2 min on the eliptical thingy 15 or 20 min on the treadmill and between 2-4 weight machines working my arms and legs. I am normally there from 25 to 45 minutes. At home I run up and down the stairs. I need to incorporate more in at home.

  22. Nope not crazy just normal. All I can say is exercise, cardio and strength training will be your bodies best friend in the long run. Things are going to droop and fall but you can firm thigs up to a degree. Walking will be your best friend if you don't exercise now. Go get a pedometer so you can see how many steps you are getting in.

    Avilla I know how hard pizza night is for you and I have to say WHY TO GO GIRL!!!! You have done a great job and your water intake is something to be proud of. YEAHHHHHHHH I like the inexpensive Wal Mart brand Value something grape and raspberry ice. Yummo!! Oakiefamily we missed you to. Remember you actually requested this..... Cassandra it is good to see you. Great job, is that why you posted. We need you to post when you are not doing good also. OK, now don't think I didn't see that cake behind your pudding cup. LOL I understand and it is ok. Great job on the workout I am so proud of you...wait..... Ohhhhhhh ok so this is a new thing. I like that, I need you to post your exercise everyday or whenever you get on the computer.
